Polypack’s Wraparound case former and filler for Virginia Artesian is designed to efficiently package aluminum water bottles while supporting smarter material use. The WR-I system guides bottles from single-file infeed through laning, staging, transfer, corrugated blank placement, wraparound forming, glue application, and discharge, creating a smooth and highly controlled packaging process from start to finish. With components including the diverter, lane guide conveyor, clamp-and-gate staging mechanism, transfer pusher, picker arm, lug conveyor, glue system, and discharge conveyor, the machine delivers a streamlined approach to secondary packaging.
